Standard 10 in the Maine Common Core Teaching Standard focuses on opportunities for students and teachers to collaborate. Attached is my reflection completed after tutoring a fourth grader at Biddeford Intermediate School. For three weeks, once a week, I met with ZZ and helped her with her personal narrative story. I believe my artifact fits into this standard because this is a project based on collaboration. First my professor collaborated with a teacher at BIS to allow the assignment to happen. Then UNE students met BIS students and continued to meet for three weeks.
